Hands of Grace Medical Ministries exists to glorify Jesus Christ by demonstrating His love through compassionate healthcare, evangelism, and discipleship.
We believe healthcare and discipleship belong together. Following Christ's example, we seek to care for the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—while strengthening local churches and equipping local believers to serve their own communities.
Our desire is to see communities throughout Zambia transformed physically, emotionally, spiritually, and socially through the grace of God and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Bryce & Sarah Carrier
Founders
Bryce and Sarah Carrier serve as founders of Hands of Grace, bringing extensive experience in healthcare, Christian ministry, and medical missions. Together, they are committed to equipping the Church to demonstrate the love of Christ through compassionate, community-based healthcare, discipleship, and sustainable ministry initiatives that strengthen local communities and advance the Gospel.
Bryce is a Registered Nurse with additional training as a Holistic Nurse Coach and has spent more than seven years caring for patients in primary care, psychiatric nursing, dementia care, geriatric care, bariatric care, and long-term care in the United States. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from The Copperbelt University before volunteering for two years as a Resident Doctor at Kitwe Teaching Hospital. She now serves as a General Practitioner at Hope Clinic at Breath of Heaven Children's Ministry in Lusaka West, Lusaka.
United by a passion for whole-person healthcare, Bryce and Sarah believe that true healing is found in ministering to the whole person, recognizing that physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual restoration are inseparably woven together. Their commitment to Christ-centered medical ministry has led them to organize and serve in numerous open-air medical clinics, evangelistic outreaches, discipleship initiatives, leadership development efforts, and church planting ministries throughout Zambia. Together, they also completed Operation Mobilization's Discipleship Program, further equipping them for cross-cultural Gospel ministry.
Through Carrier Inspiration Ministries and Hands of Grace, Bryce has also been developing practical and replicable entrepreneurship initiatives that create sustainable platforms for ministry, discipleship, and community transformation. Together, Bryce and Sarah are passionate about empowering local believers to serve their own communities through healthcare, evangelism, and disciple-making, multiplying the impact of the Gospel long after any single outreach has ended.
Bryce and Sarah share a vision of seeing communities transformed through Christ-centered healthcare ministries that restore health, proclaim hope, and make disciples. Drawing from firsthand experience in both medicine and missions, they seek to integrate compassionate healthcare with Gospel proclamation, equipping local churches and healthcare workers to care for people holistically while faithfully stewarding the resources God has entrusted to them. Their prayer is that Hands of Grace would serve as a catalyst for lasting Kingdom impact by helping communities flourish physically, spiritually, relationally, and emotionally through the transforming power of Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ is the center of everything we do. Every act of service, every medical encounter, and every ministry effort exists to glorify Him by fulfilling His command to love our neighbors as ourselves. We seek to live out the Royal Law through Christ, who fulfilled the Law and empowers His people to walk in His love.
